Learn Dutch Online is a free educational resource. We keep data collection to an absolute minimum — there are no user accounts, no advertising, and no invasive tracking.
What we collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, or any account information. This website sets no cookies.
We use two third-party services that may receive limited data as described below.
Analytics — Simple Analytics
We use Simple Analytics for basic traffic statistics: page views, country, browser type, and referrer.

- IP addresses are not stored
- Individuals are not tracked across sites or sessions
- Data collected is anonymous and aggregated only
- Respects the Do Not Track browser setting
Feedback form — Web3Forms
When you voluntarily submit feedback using the feedback button, your message and the current page URL are sent to Web3Forms. As with any web request, your IP address is transmitted as part of the connection.
We receive the content of your feedback by email. We do not share it with anyone. Submitting feedback is entirely optional.
Data stored on your device
Your browser stores exam progress, flashcard session data, and preferences locally using localStorage. This data never leaves your device — we have no access to it. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold. Since we hold no user accounts or profiles, the only personal data we could hold is the content of a feedback message you submitted.
